The sun’s shining and we turn to focussing on ‘Spring Themed Events and Spring Corporate Events for the next few months. It’s time to get creative and plan corporate events with a spring in your step! Here are some ideas that you could incorporate into your Spring Event!

  1. Cherry Blossom
    Our Life size cherry blossom trees are a real hit each year for a variety of corporate events and showcases. The Trees can be themed according to the mood you want to create or they can be intergrated into a theme such as Alice in Wonderland, a great British Theme or Mad Hatters.   1. Rustic Vintage Themed Event
    Put a spin on the classic vintage theme using organic materials and earthy colours to create an outdoors indoors theme. Integrate the theme with Easter and Get creative to create showcases and activities to get guests flocking to the venue; Easter events are perfect for best hat contests, flower arranging competitions and even afternoon tea.

 

  1. Tea Party
    The Great British Bake Off has inspired people to make afternoon team a very fashionable affair. Your tea party can integrate everything that is so quintessentially English including the pretty crockery. Turning it into a topsy turvy theme instead and make an evening of it with a Mad Hatters Party with a guest appearance from the Cheshire Cat, the white Rabbit and even Alice. Immersive events are the ones that everyone remembers and this theme will deliver the magic every time!

 

  1. A classical Corporate Event or Gala Dinner

Bring a touch of spring into your event with some spring themed table centres, chair covers and full length table cloths. Add outdoor touches such as living walls, blossom trees and grass walkways. Integrate spring themed entertainment such as stilt walking garden fairies, topiary entertainers and jazz bands to create the ultimate outdoors atmosphere!

#Eventologists recently spent a week in #Glasgow setting up and managing a #medical #conference. Having spent a week with a truly professional people whose primary aim was to help us deliver a successful exhibition and conference, we really wanted to tell you about how great it was working at the #SECC.

The SECC is superbly located; just a few minutes from the heart of Glasgow and we ran the annual FIS conference here. Glasgow is Scotland’s biggest and most exciting city with some of the world’s most spectacular things to do in the city – so its great for attendees during downtime to go #shopping, sight-seeing or just people watch in a coffee shop!

Running our event and working with the SECC team was a dream throughout the year! When you have a multitude of rooms booked along with concurrent events, you really do need to consider lots of logistical and operational issues. The team gave us great advice as well as practical help to ensure that sessions during the conference ran smoothly. The exhibition space and build up ran perfectly to plan during a really busy week at the SECC as well as during a time where security presence had to be stronger. Excellent links and access made supplier deliveries quick and uncomplicated. During the live event, where issues and hiccups can occur, there’s always a ‘will do’ attitude that makes our clients’ lives simple, straightforward and stress-free.
Great venues and great service is always worth raving about so we’re proud to say that SECC wins our vote as a great place to bring #events in #Scotland!
